Welcome to The Caring Advocate

At The Caring Advocate, we are dedicated to empowering individuals and supporting families in San Diego.

The CFS program was designed for adults that have intellectual/developmental disabilities that wish to reside with their families, and don’t want to live on their own. This program is an additional support for families and individuals that may need assistance and guidance with finding doctors, therapists, scheduling appointments, navigating and applying to government programs (Medi-Cal, Cal-Fresh, etc.), staying organized, and much more!
